The subject of data protection is "personal data". This is all information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person (so-called affected person). This includes, for example, information such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, IP address of the browser of your terminal device. Specific information on the personal data processed by us can be found below in the data processing procedures listed in detail.
When you access our website, the browser used on your terminal device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted after three months:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Website from which access is made (referrer URL)

Data processing for the purpose of establishing contact is regulated in Art. 6 § 1 lit. f DSGVO. If the purpose of establishing contact is to conclude a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 § 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Unless otherwise authorized for further processing, the personal data collected by us will be deleted after the end of the request you have made.
We use Facebook and Twitter Shariff social networking buttons on our website. The buttons are simple HTML links. We do this within the framework of the Shariff solution. With the Shariff solution, a script retrieves how often, for example, the part button of a page was pressed: For this purpose, the script contacts the social network via the programming interfaces and retrieves the numbers. Personal data from you is not transferred. Instead of your IP address, only our server address is transferred to Facebook, Google and Twitter. You are only directly connected to Facebook, Google or Twitter when you become active. Social networks can’t collect information about you until you do. Unless you click a link to share content, you’re invisible to the networks. If you click on the link, the obligation to provide information about data collection and processing no longer lies with us, but with the operator of the social network.
